The company’s social policy is aimed at supporting the personnel. Positive and successful activities of Aksaygazservice concerning the implementing large-scale social projects were highly appreciated by the state contest committee that awarded the Best Socially Responsible Company of the Republic of Kazakhstan title under the notion of large business to the company. The Company’s social support programs are also aimed at supporting various categories of the citizens of Burlinsky district.
Over the past twelve years of work the company not only expands its own production and service activity but also increases its socially responsible participation in the life of both the personnel and the citizens of Burlinsky district of West Kazakhstan region.
In 2016, 1.5 million tenge was allocated for the purchase of sports equipment and gifts for students of all the six general education schools of the city.
In 2016, more than 1 million tenge was allocated to WKO Federation for Shito-ryu Karate-do and Kylyshtasy, Public organization as the assistance for propaganda reasons, development of large-scale sport and healthy lifestyle promotion
More than 8 years, on the basis of schools No.4 and 6 volleyball classes have been operated, the sports instructors of Aksaygazservice conduct classes free of charge for all the children of Aksai city. Annually, more than 420 thousand tenge are allocated for renting gyms and more than 1 million tenge for renting of the pool.
In 2010-11, the company allocated one million 650 thousand tenge to the Council of War Veterans of the district. On May 9, 2012 the commemorative event on honor of the battle-front veteran and home front workers was fully organized by Aksaygazservice and 2 million tenge was allocated for this purpose. The company paid attention and care to each veteran who was the participants of the Great Patriotic War and living in the Burlinsky region.
The elderly people represented by veteran organizations are not ignored either. The company helps in resolving everyday problems, lump-sum assistance payments and an annual subscription to local and republican newspapers.
In honor of veterans, Aksaygazservice helds such events each year on May 9 visiting all the veterans of the region. In 2016, the company provided sponsorship assistance in the amount of 300 thousand tenge to the branch of Veterans Organization of Uralsk city ensure a decent social and living situation for veterans for the military and patriotic and international education purpose of the next generation. Aalso the company provided assistance to the Disabled Afghanistan Veterans Society, Public organization of Burlin district in the amount of more than 100 thousand tenge.
